1. Konzeption

Auf der Grundlage Ihrer Eventplanung entwickeln wir gemeinsam mit Ihnen ein Konzept zur filmischen Umsetzung des Eventprogramms. Der Fokus liegt auf den informativen Inhalten, welche Sie im dem Event kommunizieren möchten, sowie auf der emotionalen Stimmung, mit welcher Sie Ihre Zielgruppe inspirieren wollen. Für die Umsetzung des Konzeptes wird weiterhin festgelegt, welche Vorträge / Podiumsdiskussionen filmisch vorproduziert werden können und welche interaktiven Bereiche des Programms live gestaltet werden. Die Visualisierung von Printwerbemittel oder eine digitale Produktpräsentationen können ebenfalls filmisch umgesetzt werden, bspw. als Grafikanimation, Produktfilm oder als interaktive 3D- Ansicht eines Produktes.

2. Teilnehmermanagement

Für die Ankündigung Ihrer Veranstaltung und zahlreiche Teilnehmer, laden Sie Ihre Gäste am einfachsten per Email ein. Als Eintrittskarte zum Event stellen wir Ihnen vorab einen Link zur Verfügung, welchen Sie mit Ihrer Einladung versenden können. Alle registrierten Teilnehmer erhalten dann als Bestätigung von Ihnen einen Zugangscode, sodass sie sich am Tag der Veranstaltung mit dem Link und Zugangscode zum Online-Event einwählen können.

3. Livestream & Digitale Interaktion

The online event is recorded and streamed live on the agreed date via a powerful and secure server. Based on the predetermined concept, various live cameras, prepared product videos and graphic animations or even video callers are edited live during the event program and sent online via video stream. At the same time, participants can participate interactively in the program via a chat function throughout the entire event. This means viewers' questions can be discussed live and participants' reactions are received directly during the event and supervised by a moderator.

4. Livestream & Digital Interaction

After the online event has ended, an evaluation of spectator attendance will be carried out. The statistical display shows, for example, the total number of participants, the duration of attendance and the geographical region. From this result you will receive direct feedback on your event, which you can use for the program and the implementation of further online events.
